On Figures 22-1 to 22-14 in ASCE 7, do you divide the number on the contour by 100 (since countours are in percent gravity) to get the correct Ss and S1? Thanks.

I am having a hard time with the differences in these two codes. The IBC has formulas for things like base shear, but I cannot find those formulas in the CBC. Are those formulas in ASCE 7? Also, there are a lot of tables in the IBC. I cannot remember the exact numbert but they are labeled...

Do you think it is ok to assume I am in for the test since the board cashed my check? I had to have other state boards send verification forms to the CA state board. I assume it was done since the CA state board cashed the check. I thought that I read that you don't get your Admission Notice...

Of the reference manuals listed by the California PE website, which are worth hunting down? I've heard about the Cuomo book and the practice problems, but are any of the one's singled out by the board worth using/studying? Any input will be great! Thanks!
