This is the latest in the day that the site has been down. Usually it is back up and running around 8:00 a.m.

I do the same thing, it seems easier to be rejected on here than get the 0 results on DPOR's site every 5 min, haha.

I have given up until 7/6, figure the state government will be essentially useless until then with many people taking vacation, surfing the internet, etc. Not that I would surf the internet at work though.

The problem with that statement is that is assumes the states have people dedicated to the task like EES should. Who in the state govn't handles the results when they come in, what are their other responsibilities? What if each state only has 1 person and EES has 2 for each state which...

I agree fully, how does an entity like a bureaucratic state government process results faster than a company whose sole purpose is to do the same. I realize Tara probably answers a few emails a day regarding the results, but come on, don't they have people to sort and forward the results, or is...

I wonder what it would take to influence the states that currently use EES/PCS to switch to the quicker ELSES email standard. I guess most people who pass cease to care and therefore the complaints lose steam.
