Think they forgot, but per the board there is no set date/time even though its been consistent for awhile now. I wonder where the exams go and who/what/how they sort it all out and what those factors are....

Yes there is no set date or time but the website says by the middle of the following month you take the exam. I think they need to update their website and delete that statement since it is taking them longer.
 
Surveying was more difficult than Seismic. I had to guess the answer for 10 questions.

No one knows the cut score all speculation, when results were released though the lowest was 45% and highest 65% needed. Everyone aims for 65% to make sure.

It was exactly as you said. There is no way I pass if the cutoff score is 70%.
