The note under Table 9-5 states: ...or 0.7 s for trucks for each additional lane, from the left, in excess of one, to be crossed by the turning vehicle. You have to read the whole statement. Yes you are crossing two lanes, but you only count one lane in your calculation. 0.7 s is correct.

Got my results from NCEES, failed for the second time.

Failed, civil construction, Colorado 49/80. I tanked Construction Operations and Methods and Material QualityControl and Production. AM structural was low as well as PM Other Topics, both 50%.
