We got our license numbers, just no certificates for a while apparently. PCS had to print them, then mail them to the Board, then they get signed when the Board gets around to it.

So even though you just got your results, you're going to receive your license as much as 2 months before MA issues them. They told us it can take up to 3 months to get ours because the board only meets once per month and they need to sign them all.

I received mine from PCS but still waiting for it to be posted on the Licensing Board's website.

Sarcasm doesn't travel over the internet I guess :unsure: . My point is that there are an unnecessary number of steps once PCS gets involved.

I think this explains everything (this is PCS/MA, but similar for PA I bet).

I took and passed the Geotech depth on my first try. I took a night class (~16 sessions, 2 hours per session) that was put on by my local ASCE branch. I then did four practice exams, and took the NCEES practice exam the weekend before the test. I'm assuming most people study more, and I'm lucky...

I was told that the main reason MA took as long as it did is because the PCS coordinator just came back today from the long weekend. It sounds like NJ and PA have other issues...

MA was just released.

And MA PE results for that matter...
