Sounds like NCEES is akin to Dharma Initiative which end up being real waste of time.

this lagging shows what it is going to be like when results are really out; another 30 min delay to reach to your account. Maybe it is better for NCEES to upload them early in the morning that amount of people login in can be distributed.
