What is this special processing of results that NJ has to do, which other states don't. Something is not right. Do they weight the results for 1st timers and repeat examinees differently? Leading to a low passing percentage of repeat takers..just trying to find a way to blame it on some thing...
Is it possible that they may still be debating the cutoff percentile, hence the dealy. Some of the people right at the edge may still be under consideration and their results undecided.
Looking at this discussion, I have gotten settled with the positive assumption that i did not make it. If the actual result turns out to be different, it would be the most pleasant surprise ever.
