I took the PE exam in April (Civil in W&W depth) and got into the test fully prepared and it happened... I totally CHOKED! I ran out of time on both sections and ended up making blind guesses on 19 questions... That being said, I was within a few question (from what I can tell) of passing...

So, even though halfway through the test I basically accepted I was not going to pass and began "mailing it in", I came VERY close to passing (as far as a base score goes). My biggest problem was not the material (although I considered it a very challenging test), but it seemed like I was my own...
