a) free flow = 63.4mph Jam Density = 137.8 veh/mi b) critical speed = 31.7 mph  critical density = 68.9 veh/mi c) K =2184.54 veh/hr I used an old textbook for equations, are these equations in any of the required texts for the PE, I could not find them?
