@CAPLS mentioned that the database would be updated either last night (nope) or tonight so sit tight and hopefully we'll be in there tomorrow!

I don't think the license lookup page will change. It looks like the data is managed in some kind of database and updates every night at midnight during the week... At least that's my guess based on the disclaimer at the top of the page.... 

Don't look like it's gonna be today for the state specific..... per the BPELSG website...
