I don't have the 4 years experience and mine doesn't say "Incomplete for Licensure" it simply says "closed" I think "Incomplete for Licensure" simply refers to not passing the exam.

Mine didn't really change. I already had a job before the test. But like you said, having this will only help you find a job.

I used a casio calculator. Make sure you use whatever you study with.
