    Things you did right

    I pass after the 4th try. On my final attempt, with little more than two months remaining, I have roughly two weeks per topic. I worked problems from NCEES day and night until I can do them by memory or find the equation at the top of my fingertip.

    Stats are out for Cali... finally Compare to national pass rate, 19 out of 37 made it.

    Thanks. Passing rate for Chem is 34% for repeat taker, and 79% for first timer... I wish I was taking it for the first time. It seemed very unusual for the stat because I felt better and better about the test after repeatedly taking it.

    Fluids - friction loss

    I've been using Crane to find my K factor for these type of problems, but these values are not consistent with some of the practice problems (i.e. Six minutes, Das Review)? Which source should I rely on for K values?? Perry's?? CERM??
