I took the test in April this year and can confirm there is no water/wastewater treatment questions on the exam.

I also used my EET binder for all the geotech problems. I took the webinar on-demand and passed on the first try this past April. 

Prometric's info bulletin says the notices come by email and/or mail, either from the CA Board or from Prometric, so I'm just checking every day for any kind of notice.

Thank you ptatohed. I will consider each rotation location as a separate engagement, which will be 5 PE references total. I do have my bachelors to cover the remaining 44 months of experience. Thanks again!
