Depends on your state! I believe IL will not let you bring anything in. In MO we were allowed to bring food/drinks in and were allowed to eat them "as long as they don't disturb other test takers." I think they just had to be on the floor and not on the surface of the desk.

Oh man, that's funny right there. You need to get your hands on as many problems as you possibly can. The better question is, why would you not want one from 2001? Like Krak said, it's still very applicable and the more problems (especially those set by NCEES) you can do, the better off you'll be.

I work in Kansas City, so I have several coworkers who get their PEs either KS or MO. MO releases their info through NCEES online, while KS does mail only. Based on NCEES' website, where it states they were released to the state boards on the 29th, the coworkers who have gone through this...
