I wouldn't. My wife got a 69 the first time she took it and asked the same question. Several people told her that they did the manual score and they had passed the next exam before the manual grading results came back and with all of them it came back the same, 69.

If you pass, NCEES just shows that you passed. the Texas Board provides the grade, but no indication of how many questions you got right.
The only way I know to figure the cut score is to find someone that got a 69 your afternoon session. Add 1 to however many they got right.
