Can anyone help explain this problem: Magnetic bearing of an old survey line N7 25W is now N2 30E. What is declination?
My understanding is that magnetic bearing is measured from magnetic north (MN) and not true north. How would you know where the magnetic north is? MN can be in the NE or NW...
I did online:
1. EIT w/EIT Experts
2. 8hr w/School of PE. They provide enough PM material to pass the test. I took the Transpo depth.
3. Seismic w/EET Ahmed Ibrahim (an excellent instructor)
If you do not have structural/seismic background, I would highly suggest a review course. Getting recommended books won't matter if you do not understand the core of the subject matter which is required to pass the test. I have been there.....
