Is anyone still waiting on Louisiana to issue a license number? It has been six weeks for me since they confirmed that they received my application.

Louisiana allows this and it is frustrating. I submitted my paperwork six weeks ago now and still have not received my license number.

Forgive me if this is common knowledge but if one took Civil: Structural and failed but then passed Civil: Construction would they be considered "First Time Taker" or a "Repeat Taker" for the second go around?
