As of 10:37 CST, AL is out. I finally passed the civil structural with my third attempt. I have a newborn so I couldn't imagine studying again. I used the Testmasters course for this last attempt and it made all the difference.

I feel about the exact same way!

This was my second unsuccessful attempt at the Civil Structural PE. April 19 I received 28 AM / 19 PM. October 19 I received 26 AM / 23 PM. I self studied both occasions and took it in the Mobile, AL area.
