Yes mine also has the link that says click here to pay for PE License on the PCS website. I haven't checked NCEES website.. I refuse to while I am at work. Too nervous.

Update with more detail: PE Exam Phase does not say scores received.

For the FE, PCS website would populate a certification phase tab, not sure if it would be the same with PE.
