Only two licenses were issued this month they probably had issues with fingerprinting last one was license #95970 Friday was adopted as the standard day for them to issue licenses, so we will have to wait until this Friday but your # will be 95971-960XX :) But then again my luck may mess this up!

Yes, as they say whenever they are ready it is released, just usually always happens Wednesdays and Friday the most.
