My certificate and license just came in the mail today in a large, stiff envelope. My number appeared on Thurdsay and this is only Monday.

In the last half hour they've done O, C, and E. This waiting is going to give me OCD. I need to go outside. Thanks for the reassurance, jco0518. For me the PE application was the hardest part of this process by far, so it's easy to slip into paranoia.

Here we go! There's an O! My promotion won't happen until late August but my boss needs to put in for it soon. (Things don't exactly happen fast where I work.)

Thanks, addi, that's really good of you to let us know. My boss keeps asking me if I have my paper license yet because he has to have it in order to push for my promotion.

Compared to some of these posts, my eighteen years doesn't seem too long. I passed the FE in April 2010 and I passed the PE this morning!

I needed a break from hitting refresh so I checked my PE exam application acceptance letter. It was dated June 28, which was a Tuesday. I have no idea if that means anything.

Absolutely. I teach so I know the days will seem at least twice as long after I give my last final exam of the semester (Dec. 20).

I chose Electrical: Electrical with Electrical Sauce after my application had already been approved by New York State.

I even asked before the afternoon session if we could keep our pencils and my proctor said she would find out. I was so disappointed when they said we couldn't. I don't normally use mechanical pencils but I thought the one from the FE exam was terrific. Oh, well, I didn't get to keep the red...
