I can sign up for the test.... I don't have a pass or fail. But last week I could not.... WTF does that mean???? Anyone????? Please!!!!!!

Last Florida license number is 78355 and they have added very few last couple of days. But it seems out of "staters". Can they hurry up?!?!?
