For that age group, I would expect that the DSi would be the better choice. The PSP is targeted more toward an older age group. The library on the DS is immense too.

I know this will probably irritate the board game purists out there, but if you're considering a game like Risk or Axis and Allies, I'd take long hard look at an electronic (computer) version.
You don't have to worry about setting up the board every time you play, the game moves much faster...
There were 2 in my company who took the Oct. 2010 exam (I was one of them). Unfortunately, we both have to wait until next October before we get a chance to take it again.
