So if you fail multiple times and use up your attempts in that particular state, you can apply to a different state's board to take the test? How easy is this done? Do you need an address in that state to apply to take the exam in that state?

I felt like I did decent on this go around. I guessed on maybe 10 problems, and was able to calculate an answer that seemed correct for the rest of the problems. There were a couple of curve balls that threw me for a loop and had me scratching my head during the exam. I am hoping for the best.

45/80 ELEC - POWER

I failed at my attempt this past April, and will be taking again in Oct. Just curious as to why the repeat takers percentage is so low? I would assume that 2nd or 3rd time takers of the test would have a higher chance of passing since they are more aware of what's on the test, and thus better...
