Yes, I submitted the rules & reg exam at the time I applied to sit for the PE exam, and my name still doesn't show up in the license lookup. I tried to forget about this for a while since their email said it might take up to 2 months, but now that I see others were listed on the website...

Was that the online exam? I took that well before passing the PE exam, and I'm still not listed in DPOR's online lookup. Did you really get your license # assigned in 2 days?

I see the original post is a month old now, but in case Ishayya or someone in a similar situation returns to this thread, I was in a very similar situation when applying for the PE exam 6 months ago, in terms of not working under a PE, and I can confirm that my state board (VA) had no issues...

Yeah, that would be great. Given their estimation of posting the results by "late December / early January", they do seem to be a conservative bunch. Hopefully "at least 2 months" is grossly overestimated.

My results notice said "please allow at least 2 months before expecting to recieve your license". It goes on to say that calls regarding license issuance before 2 months is up will just slow down the process. I'm not sure if they might issue a license number prior to then, but I figure I can...

I envy your self restraint. If I don't hear by Friday, whether I want to or not I know I'll continue to do what I've been doing for the past week: checking constantly and getting increasingly frustrated with every hour.

It's also funny how they manage to take longer to process their results than 37 other states, including several that still send the results via US Mail apparently. I'm not anti contractor/privatization but I don't see where these guys are adding any value.

Not that I'm calling Ms. Toni Spencer a liar (in case she were to read this), but how is it that: Half of the other states in the union have already released results to the examinees, and NCEES told me this morning that they were waiting for approval from the VA board ...but somehow DPOR...
