Yes, I took both. I would not hesitate to sign up for EET. I'm by far not the smartest and it definitely helped me pass.

I took the eet Transportation and passed the October 2018 exam on the first try. The course was really good. I would definitely recommend it. I also studied with a couple of people who used School of PE material and they both passed as well. I think a combination of both helped all of us pass...

I have a 6th edition highway capacity manual for sale for $195. All three volumes are included. I also have a 2011 6th edition A policy on geometric design of highways and streets for sale for $150. Both are in Perfect Condition.
