Thanks for the clarification! Yes, I do have a NCEES record. I heard it was much harder to get endorsement in New York, and it would be easier if you would just take the exam over again... I would like to know if anyone went through the process and how painful it was.

I have a PE license from SC and my family will be moving to New York soon. Has anyone got PE comity for New York from another state? If so, can you tell me the process? Also, what is the difference between PE license by comity and endorsement? Is it one permanent and the other one temporary?
