Here is a good PE Civil exam review site. Download the notes and then watch the lecture. If you cant get the lecture to work go to the troubleshooting link and there is a link t download the lectures. That seem to work the best. The files are big but only took about 10 min at home but 30+ at work.

The Steel section is outdated but ~ok for the morning session.

The Steel pdf also has some outdated wood design as well.

Thanks for the update, I found the soil section to be very helpfull and also the water section. I have not gone through the others so far. I need alot of help for the morning structural so that is good news

I used these class notes and videos in addition to the CERM. The notes and videos were a good second reference.
