I accidentally rolled over a fire ant nest when I was little, but that's not bees?

I've never been stung! My brother and mom are both allergic to stings, so I run shamelessly when I see one.  I've warned all my field partners that if I open up a wellhead and see a wasp's nest, I'm going to run.

I’m not allergic but I think I have a phobia of them...wasps are particularly nasty.
