So.. one of my references didn't buy a stamp/seal when he became a PE. He was asking me if he can send the filled out form without one? or if he needs to buy/expedite ship one to himself?

I was reading through the CA rules and it seems like it's needed but I'm also not sure as it's not really explicitly stated anywhere.

Would love people's thoughts on this!

Call the board and ask directly.

He can also buy a stamp from PEstamps.com (they advertise on this site and provide a discount code). They ship very quickly

Yea. That's what I figured.. Thanks guys!

My reference is buying a stamp :)

A physical stamp is not required from the reference, however the reference must include their wet signature on the forms and include license information (e.g., issue date, expiration date, license number) for each state in which they hold a license. On the closing flap of the envelope, a wet signature is required from the reference in addition to their stamp (if they have one).
