I noticed civil-wre had a higher pass rate this April vs this past october. I guess the April test was easier?

Oh I agree, it's just all the nukes I know are smart as ****. Though I have heard the exam is geared more towards domestic power generation and power plant operations. The guys I know deal with reactor design.  I guess there is less of that on the test.

I find the agraculture test intriguing. I have a biology degree as well and would love to take that test but I needed a one and done so ME it was. I met a ag engineer and it's basically ME with some ag science and bio. Interesting degree.

That's pretty much the case. Studying for the exam is much easier if one works in a power plant.

But that's not the case for the majority of us nukees...

So, for the last two test cycles for the electrical power, there were about 1322 takers each cycle and about 667 passers each cycle between 1st timers and repeats.

Each time only about 50% passed from the combo. Statistics are fun outside of college.

Looks like the MechE/HVAC test was tougher this time around than in October. interesting.
