Hello,
I have a doubt. I had the opportunity to read some engineering report of project of houses in Nederland, and i noticed that when they don't consider the wind pressure on the leeward walls. Is this possible? I didn't find anything on Eurocode that explain when this is negligible.
Does anyone know more about this?
