What are disability accomodations like?

I'm going to be taking the PE Civil exam in April and I've applied for disability accommodations due to ADHD (time and a half, private room). I've heard what to expect on the day of the exam from plenty of people who took the exam under standard conditions, but I would love to get an inside scoop from anyone who knows how it goes down for those who have disability accommodations. Can anyone help me get insight?

I've only heard anecdotal stories about accommodations, and it sounds like it's handled on a case-by-case basis. For instance I've heard of religious accommodations where certain individuals (and even an entire location in another country) had to take the test on a different date.
