Yilan Is more like the countryside area. I think I visited a farm there once.

I must admit, there is a lot of shotty construction all around that country. I have seen guys welding without proper gear! Also, don't get me started on that bamboo scaffolding.

I saw it reported that they found rusted out cables on that bridge recently.
