I passed the CA seismic exam and am selling the following books for the seismic exam:

-($90) Seismic Design Review book by Hiner, latest book

-($70) EET Seismic course workbook taught by Mustafa Mahamid. It has lectures and practice problems at the end of each chapter.

-($100) ASCE 7-16 binder

-($80) IBC 2018 binder
