Hello Everyone,
I am trying to open the studying material - electrical drawings (downloaded from autodesk.com web-site) in Revit 2021. The drawings are not shown properly.

I attached the screenshots of one which is shown properly and the other one which is not.

P.S. I had this problem before, it has something to do with the links of the drawings.

May be someone who experienced this before can help me how to fix this issue?

Thanks.

It looks like the electrical is probably in a different file, so go to the manage ribbon, manage links button, and see if it looking for a file, and you can "reload from" to find the location of where that file is saved, if you have it.

Did you download RVT files, or DWG files? The thread subject is confusing.

Hi psustruct,
I downloaded RVT files from the autodesk web-site.

Do you have any suggestions why is it not opening properly?

i think the best place to post this is the revit forum. you could get immediate solutions to it

That drawing is what is called Crossreferenced (Xref). You need to download the background drawing/s as well and save it to the same directory of the lighting drawing.
