Since this is an auto-transformer and you can't use your normal transformer equations. Go to your handbook and look at Section 4.3.1.7

where Vl = 300, Vh = 600, solve for Nse

0.5 = Nc/(Nse + Nc)

0.5Nse + 0.5Nc = Nc

0.5Nse = 0.5Nc

Nse = Nc

Your only option is A with the same turns ratios
