PE Application Status Check

Does it help to send an e-mail inquiring about my PE application status or should I just keep being patient and wait? 

It has been a little over a month and there is not much to my application since I used my NCEES Record.

Went ahead and contacted them. Was told the application was sent to the director for approval on Friday, October 11 and a decision should be made within 4-6 weeks from that date.

The wait continues...

Became licensed on 11/21 so one day short of six weeks from when it was sent to the director.

Somehow it was worse than waiting for my PE exam results lol
