open-delta transformer supplying single phase loads

How to size an open delta transformer that is required to supply both three phase and single phase loads?

I myself haven't heard of open delta for both 1-phase and 3-phase loads...

But I have definitely seen center-tapped deltas for serving both 1-phase and 3-phase loads.
