Is it more of a mAR-k, or more of a mAH-k? Mark = Hark or Mark = Mack?
It's a two-syllable word for me.  First consonant is higher sounding/front of mouth and then it drops for the second half.  Sounds the closest to mah-k?

*edit* top!  And I kinda pronounce it mah-kuh

Are you a rhotic or non-rhotic speaker? i.e. do you usaully pronounce "R"
Depends where it is in the word.  Anything to the end of a word usually gets dropped, but then again I feel like I need a list of words with "R" in it so I can test.  Plus I'd need to shake off work accent so it's correct.

Also, I've discovered that Ohio has 5 seasons:

  1. Summer: July - September
  2. Fall: October - November
  3. Winter: December - February (there's also typically two weeks of Super Winter sometime in December or January)
  4. Sprinter: March - April (can't decide whether it wants to be Spring or Winter, lots of rain and snow)
  5. The Rainy Season: May - June (pretty much non-stop rain)

Lolololol, I just googled it and it's literally like "Hey, you from LI?  Yeah, you non-rhotic as ****"
