I did. It meant I was ineligible to sit for any NCEES exam for 2 years.

I took & passed the FE my junior year of college (Apr 2010 - VT law allows it). And so I proctored my senior year

There may have been 80 people when I took the FE?

Exactly. And I knew I couldn't sit for the exam for a few years anyway since I needed the experience. And it was like 10$/hr to watch people so I figured why not

No, but I'm originally from the Denver area, and have made the trek to and through Grand Junction numerous times, at all times of year. It's not worth taking the chance on April or October.
