in IL, still no budget, we just keep working and will be paid whenever they get to it.  for pay it has been on time.  medical reimbursement however, is delayed like 1.5-2 yrs

Wow...

Unfortunately, this is NASA, they don't pay the contracts unless they have money, and the civil servants will eventually get paid, but contractors won't, in fact, we can't even do paid leave, usually.
