Do the NCEES Pass rates typically get updated before or after release?

After results are released, I believe, but I don't remember for sure.

After, usually a few days to a week afterwards.

The SC board released passing results before NCEES did. So when my friend got passing results and I didn't have any updates it was a hard couple of hours.
