I am Marc, taking the PE Civil Transportation. I have taken the test several times. In the Geotech section they used to bring some OSHA questions related to angle and soil type A, B and C. It is required to have the OSHA book to answer these questions. Is the Transportation section provided with an electronic copy of the OSHA book?
