Do you have LEED credential? I have LEED Green Associate ang planning to get LEED AP BD+C soon.

I also have LEED Green Associate. I am not sure when I will go for AP. But I will probably go for ID+C

May I ask the reason why you took LEED exam? Did you company raised yoru salary you when you got your LEED Green Assoc?

Not directly, experience and certification just contributes towards my annual performance review, which dictates annual salary and positions in my company, but not necessarily means it will give me a raise.
I work on a few LEED projects a year in NYC so it was really more of a personal learning experience for me.
