Could someone explain to me where the number of axels vales are coming from. For example the 10000-lb load in the single axel column, where is the 144 value coming from. What was multiplied or divide or whatever to come up with this/these values.

from my understanding thats mean, that we have number of trucks with single axels, each truck has load of 10,000lb, and total axels of all the trucks with this load are 144. (this numbear is given). It should be given, other wise you need to have other data (such as Truck Factor and ESAL) to find no. of axels.
