EE got a referred for technical review

Hello guys, 

i have a question for you guys. i got a email saying my PE electrical application is going to get referred for technical review. is this a bad thing? or do normal application for PE need a referred for technical review? im not sure what this mean. if anyone have experience on this please let me know. Thanks.

In Texas everyone gets technical review. Its part of application approval.

IMO, they are just informing you that your PE application is administratively completed and is moving onto technical review which is the last review for decision making.
