License numbers will be issued to all eligible applicants who have passed all required exams and fulfilled the Fingerprint requirement. The Board takes 2-3 weeks to process and issue license numbers. But until you can look up your License number on the board I believe you are not yet license as you will need to display that number whenever you stamp anything. They will not issue you a license until everything checks out. For most places I know of they like to be able to look you up to confirm licensure.
what did you use to study for surveying? did you feel like it was a time management issue?
i also failed first time and trying to get better with speed and understanding the basic concepts better. its not as straightforward as seismic and the problems can be quite lengthy
