1 ea AEI Practice exams for the CA Seismic Principles Civil PE Exam (4th edition) for $75 (including USPS shipping)
1 ea Hiner's Seismic design review workbook (for new codes 2018 IBC and ASCE 7-16) for $ 95 (including USPS shipping)

Both were bought new and has minimal wear.
