For our division Product Implementation & Engineering ,at our location in Cologne we are looking for a

Product Compliance Specialist (m/w/d)

As the responsible person for ensuring the legal compliance of our products, you are responsible for ensuring compliance and monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements.

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
  • You monitor and identify potential compliance risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop action plans.
  • In close collaboration with relevant business areas, you coordinate and monitor the implementation of corresponding measures.
  • Through compliance audits, you ensure that requirements are implemented in accordance with legal requirements.
  • You focus particularly on building and continuously improving our Product Compliance Management System and developing Product Compliance processes in close collaboration with your internal stakeholders to ensure that our products always meet current legal requirements.
  • You also conduct internal training to ensure that all employees are informed of relevant legal requirements.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
  • Ideally, you have a degree in engineering, law, food chemistry (second state exam as an advantage).
  • At least two years of professional experience in Product Compliance in the consumer goods industry, preferably in the footwear or textile sector.
  • Experience in applying legal and regulatory requirements for product safety and marketability, ability to conduct risk assessments, and strong project management skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills
